If a fleet is assigned as contracted in Toolbox (please contact your Regional Champion for further info), then you are not able to change the address and edit/add locations in the Fleet Profile module of Toolbox. This means, Bridgestone signed a contract with a fleet (Customer) and this fleet will also be visible in BASys 2.0.
If the fleet is ticked as contractual business in the Fleet Profile of Toolbox, then it can have two meanings:
1. It is an on-going process and there is currently an agreement existing between Bridgestone, SBU and fleet (customer)
2. This option "Contractual business" can also be translated in different languages and the exact meaning can sometimes differ from regions.
