Translogik probes, which have the Bluetooth version 2.1 or upwards, are compatible for Windows 8.1. and Windows 10. It has nothing to do with the Touch application itself as it is fully related with the firmware of the probe. If your older Translogik probe does not display the RTD readings with two decimals after the separator e.g. 1.65 mm or you lose randomly the Bluetooth connection after a certain time of period, then you are likely to have a probe with an older firmware.
In summary:
105 probes use BT2.0 and 105b use BT2.1. It is also mentioned on the serial label e.g. PL1BT105-D13L033 is a 105 and PL1BT105b-D13F069 is 105b.
Toolbox only supports the following 2 models of probes from Translogik:
http://www.trans-logik.com/tl-g1-probe/ (must be one of latest firmware)
http://www.trans-logik.com/iprobe/
The same counts for the Pneu-logic devices where the older devices use BT 2.0
